Is it difficult?
The practice of training on the Pravilo is associated with some level of overcoming. Sensations during practice can be very intense and vivid, often accompanied by discomfort, so each practitioner must clearly understand and be willing to pass through this discomfort to achieve results. The practitioner must be fully attentive to their body and sensations and be able to «connect» with themselves in this process.
This is far from fitness or morning exercises, so it is not advisable to come to Pravilo out of mere curiosity. It is a serious practice that requires complete mindfulness from the practitioner, reverence, and unconditional determination!
How often can one practice?
As in any practice, the cumulative effect is extremely important. We recommend practicing no less than once a week. The optimal training regime is a «every other day» routine. During the two-day break, the body has time to recover without losing the effect gained.
What are the contraindications?
There are quite a few contraindications, as with any other physical activity, but there are also some specific ones.
- spinal fractures
- recent fractures of limbs, sprains, bruises, dislocations
- metallic implants in the body
- absence of ligaments or shortened ligaments in the upper limb girdle
- postoperative period
- inflammatory processes
- mental illnesses and disorders
- exacerbation of chronic diseases
- menstrual period
- pregnancy
- general malaise
How long does it take to see results?
A noticeable and stable effect occurs after 5-10 sessions, but individual anatomical, physiological, and psychophysical characteristics and abilities of each person should be taken into account. Like any other practice aimed at working with the body, Pravilo has a deep, long-lasting impact on a person, so it is possible and necessary to train on this simulator for as long as possible.
